Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak Eid season, processing may take up to 4–5 business days due to high demand. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across Pakistan. If your area is outside our standard delivery zones, contact us before placing an order to confirm availability.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

* Major cities: 2–4 business days
* Other areas: 3–6 business days

During Eid-ul-Adha week, delivery times may extend slightly due to logistics pressure.

Bulk Orders & Custom Printing
Bulk or custom-printed meat bags require additional production time.

* Production: 3–7 business days (depending on quantity and design approval)
* Delivery: As per location after production

Final timelines will be confirmed after order details are finalized.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if applicable). Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate to avoid delays.

Delivery Conditions

* Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
* Courier may attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the package.
* Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

Delays & Exceptions
Delays can occur due to:

* High seasonal demand (especially near Eid)
* Weather conditions
* Courier service disruptions

We will communicate any significant delays as early as possible.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Address Changes
Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
